Is this a digital marketing course?  

Nope! Visibility opportunities go beyond the digital space. Like: making the most of conversations with your supervisor, finding ways to cross-train so you’re exposed to other departments, and getting yourself invited to career-boosting conversations.

There are courses that focus ONLY on the digital side. This is not one of them.

✔️focused training over 5 modules on the strategies you need to identify self-promotion opportunities. These trainings are delivered through a combination of audio on a private podcast feed, templates, and step-by-step how-tos

My #1 goal is to teach you how to be seen and promoted with confidence, while being in alignment with your integrity and style. (Yes, it’s possible – I promise.) 

✔️ 3 months of weekly live Q&A support calls where you’ll create new bonds with women facing similar struggles, get coached by myself and your peers, and get the accountability and seat time to put into action what you’re learning

How much time do I need each week?  

It’s going to be different for each person depending on where you’re starting. If you’re starting from scratch (meaning no LinkedIn profile or online presence), you’re going to need more time than someone who already has an established professional presence. Each person goes through the course at their own pace.

As a baseline, my suggestion is to set aside 2-3 hours a week, but it’s totally up to you. Every step counts! 

Is there a way to get additional support from you?  

Yes there is! If you pay in full, you get an individual coaching session with me. If you’re looking for support beyond that strategy session, we can talk about what that might look like.

What if I can’t make all of the dates of the Q&A Support calls?  

The Q&A Support calls are here to help you whenever you need it. Feel free to attend all of them (they are on Wednesdays from 12-1pm ET) OR drop in whenever you need them. You have access to them for the three months you are signed up for the program.

Is 1:1 coaching part of this?

You get ONE individual coaching session as a bonus for the pay in full option. The sessions expire 3 months after you purchase this course.

Will you read and edit my content?

I will be happy to work with you on developing your amplifying content (e.g. articles, podcast pitches, LinkedIn posts, workshop proposals, your professional bio, etc.), with my main goal to get you feeling more confident with your writing.

However: this does not mean I’ll become your personal editor. There are people you can hire to help you with this.

That said, you’ll have an opportunity to buddy up with your peers to give each other feedback.

Will this course make me more money? Will it get me a promotion?

I sure hope so! The point of creating visibility for yourself is so you can call more of the shots.

Visibility = power.

Power to get more people on board with your mission, power to influence decisions, power to make change, power to decide what you want to charge for your services and get it.

I get it…we all have a different comfort level with the word “power,” especially women, since we are likely to  get criticized and called out for wanting it. #sooverit

But here’s the thing: the less power WE have, the less influence we have. And the more things stay the same. 😡
